You will take ownership of contract lifecycle management, service revenue processes, billing accuracy, forecasting, customer escalations, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement, automation, and data-led decision making across the function.Leading the Revenue Team, you will work closely with finance, sales, service, and senior stakeholders to ensure efficient processes, exceptional customer service, and strong commercial outcomes.
