You''ll be heavily involved in the rollout and optimisation of an upgraded practice management system across the business, acting as a key point of expertise and helping shape billing processes, templates and best practice. Alongside project work, you''ll manage the billing cycle for a specialist practice group, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive efficient WIP management, accurate billing and exceptional client service. You will bring strong legal billing experience, ideally with with hands-on expertise in Aderant Expert Billing and e-billing platforms.
