Returns Supervisor

Working with a fashion retailer, I am recruiting for a Returns Supervisor to work in their warehouse. 

THERE WILL BE NIGHT SHIFT REQUIREMENTS SO YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK VARYING SHIFTS

you will be:

• Ensuring that returns operations are carried out consistently and to the quality standards set. 
• Manage aspects of returns processes including facilities; personnel; premises and space; storage and loading.
• Plan and schedule work to ensure that all jobs are completed on time.
• Monitor and manage returns inventory, ensuring documentation and systems are up to date
• Ensure that return products are inspected for quality, damage and compliance with return policies.

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse and/or distribution centre experience
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), required level – MEDIUM

Mon - Friday role. 

Salary £30-35k depending on experience.
