Returns OperativeSalary 25,000- 28,000 depending on experienceReturns and Warehouse OperativeJob OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Returns and Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer returns, providing excellent customer service over the phone, processing returned products, and supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock control.The role requires strong IT skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesReturns ProcessingReceive, inspect, and process returned products in line with company procedures.Assess returned items and accurately record return reasons and outcomes.Update internal systems with return information and customer records.Liaise with customers regarding return enquiries, warranties, refunds, and replacements.Ensure returns are handled efficiently and within agreed service levels.Customer ServiceCommunicate professionally with customers via telephone and email.Resolve customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, returns, and product issues.Provide technical support and product guidance where appropriate.Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.Warehouse OperationsPick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.Receive and book in stock deliveries.Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and warehouse organisation.Ensure products are ..... full job details .....
