Our client is recovering around 3,500 laptops from home-based staff. Each device needs to be collected, booked back in, recorded, unlocked and prepared for recycling. You''ll join a small onsite team handling the full returns process, from arranging collections through to sending processed kit on to its next stage.This is an admin and logistics role, not a technical one. If you''re organised, careful with data and comfortable working through a high volume of tasks accurately, we''d like to hear from you. What you''ll be doingScheduling DPD collections from home workers across the UKBooking in returned devices as they arriveUpdating the asset database (CMDB) so every laptop is accurately trackedRemoving BIOS passwords by following a set process: power on the laptop, enter the supplied password to unlock the BIOS, then shut it down again.
