They support the national transition to net zero by training professional retrofitters and shaping industry standards. Role Purpose The Lead Tutor will deliver high-quality training, assessment, and, where applicable, internal quality assurance across our client s retrofit training portfolio. The role requires expert technical knowledge, strong training capability, and a commitment to learner success. Key Responsibilities Training and Assessment Deliver retrofit training across classroom, online, bootcamp, and bespoke formats. Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback within a 5-day SLA. Adapt delivery to diverse learning needs and ensure compliance with awarding body standards. Learner Support Act as the primary contact for allocated learners. Provide coaching, guidance, and remove barriers to learning. Quality Assurance and Collaboration Conduct IQA activities (where qualified). Partner with colleagues to monitor progress, share best practice, and support trainer development.
