This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful programmes that enhance energy performance, reduce carbon emissions, and prepare housing stock for future environmental standards.Key Responsibilities:Programme Delivery:Lead and coordinate retrofit and housing improvement programmes from planning to completion.Manage large-scale property survey programmes, including EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) surveys.Oversee environmental sensor installation projects across the housing stock. Project and Contract Management:Procure and manage consultants, contractors, and specialist service providers.Monitor programme performance, budgets, and delivery milestonesEnsure timely and quality delivery of projects while maintaining accurate documentation. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams, delivery partners, and funding bodies.Engage residents and communicate technical information clearly.
