Produce detailed retrofit drawings, specifications and technical details to support planning, tender and construction stages. Ability to undertake and interpret energy performance analysis (e.g. SAP, PHPP, IES or similar) to inform design decisions and performance targets. Retrofit Coordination, preparing and managing retrofit plans, risk assessments and compliance documentation. Lead technical reviews including thermal performance and natural ventilation to identify appropriate measures. Coordinate with clients, social housing providers, Residents, contractors and consultants to align design intent, programme and delivery. Monitor design progress against project schedules, updating plans and coordinating information flow across the project team.
