Retrofit Coordinator/Project Manager

Job Title: Retrofit CoordinatorJob Overview To act as the lead Retrofit Coordinator managing the PAS 2035 process from inception to evaluation. Responsible for auditing PAS 2035 assessments produced by contracted Retrofit Assessors, carrying out quality checks, and providing technical advice and guidance to clients as and when required. Represent the organization at external events, such as exhibitions and conferences.Key Responsibilities Retrofit Coordination: Act as the Retrofit Coordinator following the complete PAS 2035 process from inception through to evaluation. Auditing and Quality Assurance: Audit PAS 2035 assessments produced by contracted Retrofit Assessors and execute quality checks on assessments where the organization is the contracting party. Client Advisory and Decarbonisation: Work closely with clients to help them better understand their path to decarbonisation. Assist clients with funding support where required. Relationship Management: Develop relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor. A business development mindset and an existing network within the social housing or local authority sector will be highly valued. Contractor Management: Manage external Retrofit Assessors to deliver PAS 2035 services efficiently to clients across the UK. Representation: Act as a key representative in a leadership role at external events, industry exhibitions, conferences, and/or meetings as required.
