Career Development + Professional Fee SupportYour Role• Oversee retrofit projects from assessment through to completion in line with PAS 2035• Coordinate with assessors, designers, and installers to ensure quality and compliance• Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports• Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders throughout the retrofit processWhat You’ll Need•
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
(essential)• Preferably
Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings• Experience in retrofit coordination within the housing sector• Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and domestic energy efficiency measures• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleJoin a growing consultancy of 250+ professionals delivering safe, sustainable solutions across the UK’s built environment.
