Retrofit Contracts Manager

Are you a Contract manager who has experience on retrofit projects?

I am looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a company in Essex. The Retrofit Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing retrofit contracts for the main client. This role offers a generous 6k car allowance.

Retrofit Contracts Manager duties:

• Manage multiple contracts for the main client
• Coordinate with installation teams
• Monitor project progress ensuring safety regulations are met and projects are running on time and within budget
• Oversee all retrofit projects ensuring compliance with industry standards

What is required for the Retrofit Contracts Manager role:

• Experience in project management and contract management
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance such as PAS 2030/2035 would be beneficial but not essential

• Ability to coordinate with installation teams and manage project timelines
• Experience in the insulation and solar products industry is a plus
