The Role
As a Retrofit Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end compliance and documentation process for domestic retrofit projects—ensuring every property upgrade meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory alignment.
Working closely with a dedicated Retrofit Team, you’ll manage everything from initial assessments through to post-installation checks, ensuring projects meet PAS 2035, PAS 2030, and TrustMark requirements.

Working Times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, part time or reduced hours considered
Salary: £30,000-36,000k per annum, dependant on experience (prorated on a p/t basis)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the full retrofit journey, ensuring timely completion of all compliance milestones.
- Review and track assessments, surveys (including asbestos and technical), and photographic evidence.
- Maintain up-to-date records using PAS Hub and internal trackers.
- Identify planning constraints and heritage considerations for each property.
- Effective liaison with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and compliant with funding and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and communications.
- Support multiple concurrent projects with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Assist during external audits and provide necessary documentation and responses.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven administrative experience within the retrofit, construction, or property sector.
- Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 framework.
- Familiarity with TrustMark and government-funded retrofit schemes (e.g., ECO, SHDF, LAD).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (pass grade)
- NVQ Level 2 in Understanding Domestic Retrofit or equivalent (desirable).
