Retrofit Assessor

Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties throughout Northumberland and the North East.

Job description:

• To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.
• Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.
• Completing energy Performance reports.
• Completing ECO Surveys.
• To liaise with installation teams.
• Make recommendations based on assessment findings.

Person specification:

• Minimum of DEA Accreditation & PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
• Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible, positive approach to work.
• Computer literate.
