Working closely with residents and colleagues across Asset Investment, Compliance and Sustainability, you'll provide vital data that supports investment planning, compliance standards and our journey towards net zero. Snapshot of your role Carry out stock condition surveys across residential properties, accurately capturing condition data, asset attributes, remaining life information, photographs and hazards. Complete retrofit assessments in line with PAS 2035 requirements, gathering energy performance and building fabric data to inform retrofit recommendations and cost estimates.
