NPP are looking to recruit an-experienced administrator to join an existing team for a market leading retrofit company based in the North West.
The role requires the successful candidate to collaborate within the business and client base to provide administrative support for ongoing retrofit schemes within the housing market.
Key Responsibilities-
- Assist in maintaining accurate & up to date information and documentation-on projects, including compliance records and progress reports.
- Liaising with internal departments, project management and site based teams, collating and producing accurate retrofit documentation.
- Maintaing-databases and spreadsheets to monitor project milestones and KPI''s
- Communicating with supply chain partners, supporting the development and delivery of projects.
- Monitoring compliance with retrofit standards. Assisting in preparing documentation for audits.
- Being a point of contact via telephone and email enquiries, providing information for customers with a professional manner
- Supporting colleagues
- Promoting and adhering to the company ethos.
Skills
- IT literate particularly Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience within an administration role, 1 years experience in customer service and experience of working with a geographically dispersed team using Microsoft teams or similar.
