It offers a unique environment where hospitality, heritage and community come together.We are looking for a Retreat and Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest experience, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome from initial enquiry through to departure. You will oversee retreats, group visits, conferences and events while leading a dedicated coordination team and maximising occupancy, service standards and revenue.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hospitality, events or visitor attraction experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences within a unique heritage setting.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest RelationsLead all guest bookings for retreats, tours, conferences and events.Oversee check-in, check-out and the overall guest journey.Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the annual retreat programme.Coordinate with housekeeping and operational teams to ensure exceptional service.Resolve guest enquiries and complaints professionally.Leadership and OperationsManage and develop a team ..... full job details .....
