Role: Retentions Advisor Salary: £26,500 per annum (+ Commission - £35,000 first year)Hours: 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours)Logistics: Remote (UK based) Must be able to commit to 2 weeks on-site training. We are supporting this fantastic brand as they look to recruit 3x Retentions Advisors on a full-time basis starting in September. The role is fully remote and must be UK based and training is fully on site for the first 2 weeks.Do you have strong experience working in an inbound retentions capacity?This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in retentions, working for a great insurance brand who really look after, and develop their people. As a Retentions Advisor, you will provide vital support to existing customers when they are looking to cancel and/or renew their annual insurance policy.
