Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer requests. Ensure the venue is spotless Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Check identification to verify legal drinking age where required. Process payments using cash registers or card payment systems. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and work areas. Restock beverages, ice, garnishes, and other supplies. Monitor customer alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills.
