Summary If you''re great with people and have a talent for making the most of a shop''s potential, we''re looking for a Retail Team Leader in the National Trust shop at Kingston Lacy. In this role you can help everyone to have an enjoyable and memorable day. Salary: £25,837.50 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours/working pattern: Annualised hours contract of 1950 hours per annum. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Working days will usually be Tuesday through to Saturday, dependant on the business need.
