The Role

As Retail Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to motivate the team, deliver strong commercial results and maintain high retail standards.
You''ll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store.
  
• Lead, motivate and support the retail team to achieve sales targets.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation and store operations.
  
• Support with stock management, deliveries and replenishment.
  
• Assist with team training, development and performance.
  
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager''s absence.
  
• Help drive sales, maximise commercial opportunities and achieve KPIs.
  

About You

• Previous retail supervisory or team leadership experience.
  
• A passion for customer service and a hands-on approach to retail.
  
• Confident leading, motivating and supporting a team.
  
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.
  
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example.
