Retail Supervisor As Retail Supervisor you will assist the store directors with the retail operations with a particular responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent technical standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets. You will support by using key performance indicators to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits and management team in the effective running of the store.
