We are not sponsoring Visa''s at this time, so please refrain from applying unless eligible to work in the UK.About The Role:We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and well-rounded Retail Supervisor that has a passion for sustainability, strong organisational skills and delivering exceptional customer service to join our dynamic and hardworking team.You will be the face of our vibrant retail space, at the entrance to the Knepp Rewilding Project and Wilding Kitchen. You will lead by example for the team through exceptional customer service and high store stands, whilst also ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, you will take responsibilities which include, operations, visual merchandising and stock management.If you thrive in fast, paced, busy environment whilst keeping attention to detail and love engaging with customers about nature and all things rewilding, we''d love to hear from you.Please note that it is essential that applicants are able to drive as no public transport is available to our location.About The ShopKnepp Wilding Shop is a sustainable food and lifestyle retail space.
