Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading outdoor and sport brand in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, motivated individual to support a successful store team, drive sales, and develop their retail career.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
• Support store management with day-to-day operations
• Drive sales and performance to achieve company targets
• Open and close the store as required
• Maintain high retail standards including merchandising and stock control
• Handle deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and wider teams

About You:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
• Confident communicator with strong customer focus
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ideally able to drive with access to a vehicle
