Ensure correct labelling of products and that allergen processes are followed. Ensure daily cleaning schedules are maintained for front and back of house, and that all areas are safe and presentable. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure correct food production levels. Check all equipment is in safe and working order, following process to report any issues or requirements.
