About the role
As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of retail catering areas, ensuring the smooth delivery of service and a high-quality experience for every guest. RequirementsPrevious supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and support a team during high-volume periodsCalm, confident, and proactive under pressureHigh levels of empathy, professionalism, and organisational ability
