This is a temporary ongoing position offering regular work on a rota basis of 5 days out of 7, including weekend shifts.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and taking full responsibility for opening and closing the store.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day running of the store and supporting the retail teamOpening and closing the store, ensuring all security procedures are followedHolding keyholder responsibilities, including locking and securing the premisesLeading, motivating, and supporting team members throughout each shiftDelivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries efficientlyOperating the till and overseeing cash handling proceduresManaging stock replenishment, stock control, and merchandising standardsEnsuring all products are accurately priced and displayedMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and store presentationMonitoring store performance and ensuring company procedures are ..... full job details .....
