As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to prove yourself as a leader and set the stage for future success.Salary and benefits are: £14.95 - £15.45 per hour | 30-35 hour contract | various shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave. In addition, you’ll receive a competitive hourly rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus additional pay for bank holiday work and night shifts.What you’ll do
