Apply ASCONE criteria effectively to identify, monitor, and handle shoplifting incidents in line with retail policies. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting visitors, assisting members of the public, and representing the store professionally. Partner closely with store management teams and colleagues to ensure a safe, secure environment for employees and customers. Defuse conflict calmly, de-escalating tense situations and responding promptly to store emergencies. Follow strict compliance and security protocols, accurately completing incident reports and maintaining complete operational records.
