Retail Security Officer

Position: Retail Security Officer Location: Banbury Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour. TSS work with site based rates. Hours: Various Shifts: - Thursday 13:45pm - 23:00pm - Friday 13:45pm - 23:00pm - Saturday 13:45pm - 23:00pm - Sunday 13:45pm - 23:00pm SG / DS SIA licence required. Your Time at Work As a Retail Security Officer your duties include: - Providing a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the client''s premises and staff - Carrying out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors - Lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site - Observing and reporting incidents using the correct reporting systems - Carrying out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible - Ensuring site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at the local level are identified - Understanding and implementing any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures - Assisting, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches - Ensuring that the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition - Conducting yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring a full uniform is worn and the SIA licence is clearly displayed Our Perfect Worker It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills.
