Pay Rate: -13.45ph

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturday mornings

Are you looking for a full-time role in a retail environment where you don''t have to work evenings or every weekend? We are currently looking for a Branch Sales Advisor to join a busy branch in Manchester, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional Saturday mornings as required.

This is not your typical retail position. You''ll have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of tasks, including contacting and visiting customers to promote products and services, responding to customer enquiries both in-store and via email, and helping to maintain a professional, welcoming branch environment.

No prior knowledge of the health and safety industry or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Full training will be provided, along with opportunities to learn new skills, develop your career, and progress within a successful and growing organisation.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Engage with customers in person, by telephone, and through customer visits to promote products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Process customer transactions and respond to enquiries using internal systems.
• Drive a commercial van to customer sites and assist with deliveries when covering holidays or sickness.

The ideal Branch Sales Advisor will have:

• Experience working directly with customers, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment, although this is not essential.
• A strong understanding of what makes an excellent customer experience.
• Confidence in making proactive promotional calls to business customers.
• Basic IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to support colleagues and cover shifts when required.
• A full UK driving licence, as branch delivery cover may occasionally be required.
