Retail Property Finance AnalystLocation: Head Office (Hybrid) Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pmBenefits:25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysColleague discount and benefits schemeThe RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in finance, accounting, or property finance to play a key role in supporting the financial management of a large national store portfolio.The position will focus on rent, service charges, and wider property-related costs, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders in a high-volume retail environment.Key Responsibilities for Retail Property Finance AnalystManage and maintain financial records across a large portfolio of retail storesMonitor and reconcile rent payments, service charges, and arrearsSupport the review and administration of rent reviews, lease agreements, and property costsLiaise with landlords, managing agents, and internal departmentsInvestigate and resolve financial discrepancies and queries relating to store propertiesProduce detailed Excel reports and financial analysisMaintain accurate schedules of property-related expenditureSupport budgeting and forecasting for the retail estateAssist with month-end finance processesAbout YouWe are keen to speak with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including accountancy and finance, who have experience working with property, leases, or multi-site operations.You must have:Experience in finance, property finance, or retail financeExposure to multi-site environments ..... full job details .....
