This role sits within the Retail Delivery function and is responsible for managing the coordination, communication, compliance and delivery of retail units from agreement stage through to tenant fit-out and store opening. The successful candidate will act as the key interface between tenants, consultants, leasing, construction, development and centre management teams to ensure units are delivered on programme, compliant and ready for trade.
