Lead the modernisation of Legacy POS platforms into scalable, containerised, microservices-based solutions. Work with business stakeholders, solution architects, vendors, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust and future-ready POS solutions. Lead and support NCR Voyix and Emerald POS implementation, modernisation, testing, and support activities. Provide technical expertise across Self-Checkout (SCO) and retail checkout technologies. Oversee integration and management of POS peripherals, including: Barcode scanners Printers Scales Payment terminals/devices Other in-store hardware Provide expertise in Store Controller operations, device management, hardware abstraction, and POS device integration.
