Retail Parts Supervisor

The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy parts department and retail showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in parts, retail, or machinery who enjoys leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.Reporting to the Parts and Retail Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service. You will also act as the senior point of contact in the manager''s absence.Key Responsibilities Support the daily operation of the parts department and showroom, allocating tasks where required. Deliver outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone or email. Maintain high showroom standards, ensuring products are well presented, correctly priced and fully stocked. Process customer orders, quotations and sales efficiently. Source parts from suppliers and other branches to meet customer requirements. Coordinate stock transfers and assist with stock control and regular stock checks. Process cash and card payments accurately and generate invoices. Identify opportunities to upsell products, accessories and promotions. Assist with goods in/out, including loading, unloading and packing deliveries.
