Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Freelance Retail Partnerships Manager
to spearhead our expansion into new retail accounts on a project and commission basis. Your primary goal will be to identify, secure, and launch our brand with new retail partners, including premium department stores like Harrods and Harvey Nichols, as well as specialty beauty retailers.
This is a key freelance role for an individual with an established network who can quickly and effectively build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that will elevate our brand\''s visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Retailer Identification and Outreach:
Research and identify new retail partners that align with the ByErim brand ethos and target demographic.
Business Development:
Initiate contact, build rapport, and present compelling business cases to secure new retail accounts.
Negotiation and Onboarding:
Lead all commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and manage the seamless launch process for new retail partners.
Ongoing Relationship Management:
Maintain a professional relationship with partners post-launch to ensure consistent brand representation and support their success.
Compensation StructureThis is a freelance, performance-based opportunity with no fixed salary. Your compensation will be tied directly to your success in securing new retail partnerships and maintaining those relationships.
First Order Commission:
You will receive
10% commission on the first order
from each new retail partner you successfully secure.
Rolling Monthly Retainer:
Following the first order, you will receive a
rolling fee of £150 per month for each active retail partner
you manage.
Monthly admin cost:
£20/h to cover time spent on admin work. Max 40h per month.
Required Skills and Experience
A strong, demonstrable network of contacts within luxury retail, particularly at department stores and specialty beauty chains. UK, USA, EU.
Proven track record of successfully securing new business and launching brands into retail.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude who can work autonomously.
Deep passion for and knowledge of the beauty, haircare, and luxury markets.
