at Vision Express helps customers find eyewear that fits their needs, assists with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and processing payments. The goal is to provide excellent customer service so customers leave happy with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. We offer flexible options to discuss ideal working weeks, including hours to fit around commitments.Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service with the ability to offer personalized assistance and address customer needs and concernsBuild rapport and communicate in clear, understandable language for customersMaintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, and requirements to support service and product recommendationsWork as part of a store teamHandle pressure and manage challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environmentDemonstrate confidence, passion, drive and enthusiasmKnow and explain optical products and services (frames, lenses, contact lenses) and promote them to help achieve store targetsArrange and maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment in line with marketing guidanceQualifications
