Overview
Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express. You’ll assist customers in finding eyewear, help with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, supporting phone lines, and processing payments. Goal: provide excellent customer service and ensure customers leave happy with eyewear that fits and meets vision needs. We are part of EssilorLuxottica.Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and personalised assistance to customersCommunicate clearly to translate professional terminology for patientsMaintain accurate customer records, prescriptions and requirementsWork as part of a team across the storeWork under pressure in a fast-paced retail environmentDemonstrate confidence, passion, drive and enthusiasmPromote optical products and services and contribute to store targetsArrange and maintain store appearance, keep it organised and stockedQualifications/What we’re looking for
