Our retail operation plays a vital role in funding this care, and we''re looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to help take it to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an established multi-site retail business while driving future growth through new store openings, commercial innovation and operational excellence.The OpportunityAs Retail Operations Manager, you''ll lead the day-to-day performance of our retail estate, working closely with the Retail Area Manager and the E-Commerce, Logistics and New Goods Manager to ensure every shop delivers an outstanding customer experience whilst achieving ambitious commercial targets.
