As-a-Retail-Merchandiser,-you-will-be-responsible-for-delivering-high-quality-field-activity-across-assigned-retail-stores.-You-will-set-up,-maintain,-and-check-product-displays-to-make-sure-each-visit-is-completed-accurately,-safely,-and-on-time,-in-line-with-client-briefs,-service-level-agreements,-and-quality-standards.

Working-in-the-store,-the-Retail-Merchandiser-will-follow-daily-schedules-and-client-instructions,-using-your-judgement-and-attention-to-detail-to-deliver-consistent-in-store-execution.-You-will-work-independently-while-keeping-in-regular-contact-with-your-District-Team-Leader-to-flag-any-risks,-resolve-issues,-and-keep-activity-on-track.

As-the-Retail-Merchandiser-you-will-also-act-as-the-eyes-and-ears-in-store,-providing-clear-written-updates-and-photographs-that-support-client-reporting,-insight,-and-continuous-improvement.

What-You-Will-Do:

• Visit-assigned-stores-on-schedule-to-set-up-and-maintain-product-displays
• Follow-instructions-(planograms)-and-client-guidelines-for-each-visit
• Make-sure-displays-look-great,-are-safe,-and-meet-company-and-legal-standards
• Take-clear-photos-and-write-short-reports-after-each-visit-using-company-systems
• Let-your-Team-Leader-know-if-you-run-into-problems-(like-missing-stock-or-access-issues)
• Build-good-relationships-with-store-staff-and-represent-the-company-professionally
• Keep-up-with-any-required-training-or-certifications
• Complete-all-store-visits-on-time
• Follow-instructions-and-keep-displays-looking-their-best

What-You-will-Need:

• Full-UK-driving-licence-and-access-to-a-car-(if-needed)
• Experience-in-merchandising,-retail,-or-customer-service
• Good-at-organizing-your-own-work-and-managing-your-time
• Comfortable-working-on-your-own-and-following-instructions
• Good-communication-skills
• Able-to-use-a-smartphone-or-tablet-for-reporting
• Understand-basic-health-and-safety
• Be-honest,-respectful,-and-positive
• Build-strong-relationships-and-work-well-with-others
• Get-things-done-efficiently-and-reliably
• Always-look-for-ways-to-improve
