Are you an experienced retail manager looking for your next opportunity, with the flexibility to work a four-day week?

We''re recruiting for a Retail Manager to lead a fashion and lifestyle store in Aldeburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of store performance, develop a team and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, with a salary of up to -34,000. However, the business is open to discussing a four-day working week for the right candidate, with salary adjusted pro rata.

The role

As Retail Manager, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing your team.

• Driving sales and achieving commercial targets.

• Delivering excellent customer service.

• Managing store operations, rotas and stock.

• Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards.

What we''re looking for

• Previous retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• A commercial mindset and experience driving sales.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership.
