About the Role

As Retail Manager, you''ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You''ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, while building the skills needed for future Store Management opportunities.

• Take ownership of a key department and assume Duty Manager responsibilities when required
• Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to create a positive and productive working environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards across all areas of the store
• Maintain high standards of stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company policies
