Working alongside our Store Manager and wider leadership team, you''ll help create a positive culture where colleagues feel supported to be at their best, while helping to drive the continued success of the store. If you''re an experienced retail manager looking for a fresh challenge, we''ll provide all the support and training you need to build a successful career in optics. Optical experience is desirable, but not essential.
