With further growth planned, there is now an opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take responsibility for maximising the performance of the store network and ensuring the highest possible standards across the operation. Key responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for the performance of the retail estate. Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers to deliver consistently strong performance. Setting clear commercial and operational expectations and ensuring these are achieved. Analysing store performance, identifying trends and putting clear improvement plans in place where required. Maximising sales, customer spend, footfall and profitability across the store network. Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and presentation. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall retail experience. Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns and initiatives translate effectively into store-level sales and customer engagement.
