Deputy Manager – Grindsmith Manchester Airport

As a Deputy Manager at Grindsmith, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing, people-first team. You’ll bring energy, structure, and a love for craft coffee and quality food, helping shape every aspect of the day-to-day experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Deputy Manager :

• Acting as a brand ambassador and stepping up when the Store Manager is away
• Keeping the energy high and the team motivated through every shift
• Supporting smooth service flow and stepping up when the Store Manager’s away
• Coaching your crew and helping them grow into superstars
• Managing stock, safety, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
• Delivering top-tier coffee, food, and customer vibes

What we’re looking for in a Deputy Manager:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
• A hands-on leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• A people person with a passion for service, coffee, and community
• Confidence in shift planning, operations, and keeping standards sky-high
• Clear, honest communication and a team-first attitude
• Super flexible team players who can adapt, energise, and inspire
