OverviewRETAIL COMPLIANCE TECHNICAL ADVISORY MANAGER – L4 QUALIFIED WITH STAFF SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE AND INVESTMENTS and MORTGAGES KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Deliver training on regulatory matters to the team and other internal departments.

Promote a culture of cross-department collaboration within the group to ensure information, knowledge and experience is shared across the business.

Coaching and developing the team with the ability to assess training needs.

Setting, measuring and managing performance standards and expectations.

Motivating team members and creating an environment that fosters participation and challenge whilst supporting individual needs.

Reviewing firms’ Financial Promotions and Websites.

Assist firms with internal notifications to the regulator and other requests.

QualificationsYou should have solid compliance experience of both Investments and Mortgages with the L4 qualification and staff supervision experience. NB the role is 3d pw in the office and 2d WFH.
