Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and friendly service while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist with customer enquiries, process payments, support stock handling activities, and help maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Operate tills accurately and process cash, card, and contactless payments
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product and service information
• Assist with packing, storing, and organising goods within designated storage areas
• Carry out stock replenishment duties and maintain tidy displays
• Undertake manual handling activities, including safely moving and lifting stock when required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Ideal Candidate for Customer Service Advisor:

• Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident handling cash and processing customer transactions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to undertake manual handling and stock movement duties
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
