Retail Assistant- Charity - part time, 3 days per week

You will be joining a well-respected charitable organisation. This is a part-time position 3 days per week to include Saturdays.

Your new role
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the charity shop. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with stock management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment. You''ll also support donation processing and help promote the charity''s mission through positive engagement with customers and volunteers.

What you''ll need to succeed
You''ll have previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner. You''ll be organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A genuine interest in the charity sector and a commitment to its values will be essential.
