Retail and cafe team leader

Important: Due to our rural location, you must have access to your own transport.About the Role21 hours per week, covering shifts between Monday and Sunday, 8:30am to 4:00pmThis role is NOT suitable for those looking for only weekend or evening workWhat You''ll Be DoingYou''ll get stuck into every part of caf life, including:Giving customers a great first impression - greeting everyone with a smile and making sure no one is left waitingTaking orders at tables, and making sure every detail is rightDelivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring everything needed is providedWorking in the kitchen (full training given) to make scones, prepare simple meals, and follow recipesClearing tables promptly and keeping the caf spotless, following cleaning schedulesWorking in our on-site shop; serving cheese and other retail items, and making up hampersWhat We''re Looking ForA background in customer service, hospitality, caf , kitchen, or retail is helpful-but not essential, as full training will be given if you''re keen to learnReliable, friendly, and willing to try different tasks each dayFlexible to work a range of shifts (occasional evenings, when hosting events)If you''re enthusiastic, enjoy delivering excellent service, and want to be a valued part of our close-knit team, we''d love to hear from you!Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
