We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are looking for a Restructuring Solicitor to join their Finance team within their London office.
You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.The Role:The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly experienced team, advising on a broad range of high-profile stakeholders, such as insolvency practitioners and financial institutions, on complex restructuring matters and strategies for recovery and turnaround.The candidate will play a key role in cross-border insolvency litigation practices, pursuing and defending claims arising from insolvency, antecedent transaction claims, cross-border insolvency disputes and other asset recovery processes.
