Restructuring Manager

A leading UK advisory firm is looking to appoint a Restructuring Manager to join its well-established Restructuring, Pensions and Debt Advisory team, based in London. The team works on a wide range of complex restructuring and insolvency assignments, including high-profile UK and international matters. Operating within a national platform, the role offers exposure across multiple sectors and the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and dynamic assignments in the market. This is a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment that offers significant responsibility, development, and long-term progression, including support towards CPI and JIEB. The OpportunityAs a Restructuring Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of advisory and insolvency assignments with minimal partner involvement, while also playing an active role in business development and team leadership. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency casework Supporting Partners and Directors with pitches, origination, and business development initiatives Leading and delivering complex projects, including independent business reviews, short-term cashflow reviews, contingency planning, accelerated sales processes, and insolvency appointments (including pre-pack administrations) Acting as lead contact for multiple client relationships and identifying opportunities to win new work Preparing reports and recommendations for lenders and other key ..... full job details .....
